Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Professional to drive a strong pipeline for our software implementation and consulting services. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to build a qualified pipeline of potential customers. 





Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and assist in closing new business opportunities for HCM, ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, and SaaS solution implementations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CFOs, Controllers, HR Directors, and other senior executives.

  • Drive and assist in the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, solution positioning, proposal development, and deal negotiation.

  • Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to align client needs with Saros Group offerings.

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by developing and executing targeted go-to-market strategies.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate forecasting of opportunities and revenue.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of business development or enterprise sales experience in software implementation, ERP, HCM, or related consulting services.

  • Proven track record of consistently growing a book of closable business, achieving or exceeding pipeline growth targets.

  • A strong network within healthcare, financial services, or enterprise markets is preferred.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear, business-focused manner.

  • Highly self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

  • Excellent engagement, presentation, and relationship management skills.
