This is a remote role for the Nashville, TN or Louisville, KY area. 
 
Job Summary
This role will expand our safety services in the Nashville, TN and/or Louisville, KY markets. The ideal candidate is a driven B2B salesperson with a proven track record of hunting, prospecting, and closing deals in fast sales cycles.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a local sales strategy targeting key industries and clients.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and events.
  • Build and manage client relationships to drive long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with local associations to create opportunities and close business.
  • Attend trade shows and client events to promote services and grow the brand.
  • Maintain CRM/database of accounts, activities, and pipeline.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in construction or safety services is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a prospecting environment.
  • Ability to stay focused and productive while working remotely.
