Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Business Analyst II to support Kadiak and our government customer. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. The position is remote.

Provides expert-level business analysis and process optimization support for the Indian Health Service (IHS) PMO Operations. This role is responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness within a complex government healthcare environment, with a primary focus on improving workflows, systems, and procedures. The Business Analyst Level III will be a key resource in helping the organization implement a new electronic health record, requiring a deep understanding of both functional and technical aspects of healthcare IT. The position requires a professional with a high degree of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity, capable of building consensus and trust with diverse stakeholders from IHS leadership to end-users in various facilities. This individual will be a trusted advisor, helping to translate strategic goals into tangible, actionable process improvements.
