Responsibilities

-Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.

-Facilitate workshops, interviews and process mapping sessions.

-Analyse existing GIS-related processes, workflows and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.

-Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and delivery documentation.

-Collaborate with GIS Specialists, Data Teams, Solution Architects and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

-Support the implementation and enhancement of ESRI-based geospatial solutions.

-Perform gap analysis, impact assessments and business process modelling.

-Ensure GIS and business data requirements are accurately captured and documented.

-Support testing activities, including UAT planning, coordination and execution.

-Assist with change management activities and promote stakeholder adoption of new GIS-enabled processes and technologies.

-Provide clear communication and regular updates to project teams and senior stakeholders

Essential skills

-Proven experience as a Business Analyst.

-Strong experience working with ESRI/GIS technologies, including geospatial data, mapping solutions and GIS workflows.

-Experience delivering Business Analysis within geospatial environments.

-Proven ability to gather, analyse and document both functional and non-functional requirements.

-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

-Experience facilitating workshops and business process mapping sessions.

-Ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical, deliverable solutions.

-Experience working across the full end-to-end project lifecycle.

-Availability to commit to a long-term engagement.
