This is a remote position from Poland.
- Collaborating with IT and business teams to redesign personal data management, data retention, and GDPR request fulfillment processes in the context of the bank's migration to a new core banking system.
- Proposing blueprints and assumptions for the new process, including a new tool for personal data retention management and/or GDPR request handling.
- Creating and updating operational procedures and process documentation.
- Monitoring the compliance of IT processes with established standards and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering GDPR / data privacy projects.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in process management and optimization (IT, business, or operational processes).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in process mapping and creating process documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to cooperate with diverse stakeholders and find compromises.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Polish proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
- Familiarity with process automation concepts.
