Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Credit Card Lending and Loan Origination? We're looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team and help drive innovative lending solutions within the banking and financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for credit card application and loan origination processes.
✅ Convert business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/data flow diagrams.
✅ Analyze loan origination funnel metrics and recommend process improvements.
✅ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production issue investigations.
✅ Partner with Credit Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver business solutions.
✅ Maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and traceability matrices.
✅ Convert business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/data flow diagrams.
✅ Analyze loan origination funnel metrics and recommend process improvements.
✅ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production issue investigations.
✅ Partner with Credit Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver business solutions.

Mandatory Skills:
✔ 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
✔ Banking or Financial Services domain experience
