Job Description -
- 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in the Financial Services domain
- Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, automation and analytics platforms) to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, and decision-making
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management
- Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
- Ability to drive process improvements and support successful project delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels
- Critical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred skills
- Real Estate industry experience
- Ability to work with data/SQL
