The Building Senior Commissioning Project Manager leads commissioning projects from pre-construction through close-out, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. The Building Senior Commissioning Project Manager is responsible for leading commissioning projects from pre-construction through close-out in partnership with the Impact Cx Team, project stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and is accountable for scope, schedule, budget, quality, documentation, communication, and successful delivery. This is a remote position based in the United States and requires approximately 30%–40% travel to commissioning sites locally and nationally.

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this role is $135,000–$180,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
