Overview

Do you enjoy helping people make the most of their travel budget while creating unforgettable vacation experiences? We're expanding our remote team and looking for enthusiastic, resourceful individuals to join us as Budget Travel Specialist.

In this role, you'll help clients find affordable travel options without sacrificing quality or memorable experiences. You'll work with travelers to compare destinations, identify the best value, and coordinate vacations that align with their budget, schedule, and travel goals. From all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations, weekend escapes, guided tours, and international adventures, you'll help clients travel smarter while staying within budget.

Whether you're looking for a flexible remote opportunity or beginning a career in the travel industry, we'll provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools needed to help you succeed. No prior travel experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, budget, and preferred travel style
• Research affordable destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and seasonal promotions
• Compare travel options to help clients maximize value while staying within their spending plan
• Create customized vacation recommendations based on each traveler's priorities
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, travel protection, and other trip components
• Explain available promotions, flexible payment options, and package inclusions
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, virtual meetings, and online messaging
• Work with approved travel suppliers to secure reservations and confirm booking details
• Review itineraries and travel documents to ensure accuracy before departure
• Maintain organized records of client information, reservations, and communications
• Stay informed about destination updates, travel trends, supplier offers, and exclusive savings opportunities
• Deliver responsive, personalized service throughout the entire travel planning experience

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, tourism, sales, or client support
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable learning web-based booking systems and travel technology
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
