About the Role:

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper – Back Office to support multi‑entity accounting operations and ensure accuracy across financial records. The role involves posting journal entries, performing reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and maintaining budget reports and forecasts.

​Responsibilities:

Accounting Oversight & Compliance
- Oversee and review the work of the current bookkeeper to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Record and post journal entries across multiple business entities
- Perform and review bank reconciliations for multiple accounts

Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and analyze monthly budget reports and profit and loss forecasts (monthly and annual)
- Generate and export financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement
- Perform variance analysis and other financial reporting to support management decisions

Billing & Transaction Management
- Create, automate, and oversee invoice and billing processes for multiple companies
- Categorize and reconcile bank transactions in the accounting system

Data Management & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate Excel trackers and data matching sheets to ensure consistency across reports
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in accounting workflows

Management Support
- Work closely with management to support financial planning, audits, and compliance

Requirements

​- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of solid bookkeeping or accounting experience, with exposure to multi-entity or group accounting preferred.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling, data reconciliation).
- Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
- Proven ability to review, guide, and train junior accounting staff.
- Must be able to work night shift with flexible hours.
