Overview
We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage financial records for an established business transitioning into a new venture. This role will handle bookkeeping tasks and provide light administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced with QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping using QuickBooks
• Record transactions, deposits, transfers, and journal entries
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Generate basic financial reports
• Assist with light administrative tasks
• Maintain organized financial documentation

Requirements

• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• High attention to detail and reliability
• Able to handle confidential financial information

Schedule

• Part-time: 80 hours per month (~20 hrs/week)
• Flexible weekly hours as long as 80 hours/month is met
• Must have overlap with CST time zone for collaboration
