Board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

EB Pediatric Resources is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with clients in Chicago. Qualified applicant will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed, supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers, participate in team meetings and contribute to program development, and ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making
