Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral skills assessments to guide treatment goals
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other therapy staff
Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and regular program updates
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure consistency across environments
Provide parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines
Requirements:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Experience working with children and/or adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
Proficiency in conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar assessments
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing RBTs or BTs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams
Massachusetts licensure (LABA) preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
