Continuously monitor the blockchain ecosystem to identify new technologies, protocols, and product opportunities. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate these findings into the company's technical roadmap.
We’re looking for someone who lives a few steps ahead of the blockchain market. Not just someone who knows how smart contracts work, but someone who constantly asks: What’s next? What should we support? What can we integrate? What are other wallets already doing that we should do better? Your mission will be to continuously explore the blockchain ecosystem, identify technologies and opportunities worth pursuing, and turn them into concrete product and technical initiatives.
Deep technical understanding of blockchain architecture and smart contracts
Strong knowledge of ERC, EIP and BIP standards
Hands-on background in smart-contract development, blockchain engineering or technical blockchain research
Strong understanding of major blockchain networks, protocols, infrastructure providers and cross-chain solutions
Experience integrating blockchain services into real products
Experience building your own blockchain projects or working for a crypto/Web3 company
Ability to independently research complex technologies and make clear technical recommendations
Strong product mindset - you understand not only how technology works, but why and when it should become part of the product
High level of ownership: we need someone who finds opportunities and drives them, rather than waits for tasks
Genuine obsession with staying on top of crypto and blockchain trends
Continuously monitor the blockchain ecosystem: networks, protocols, standards, dApps, wallets, infrastructure and emerging technologies
Track competitor wallets and identify important features, integrations and technical developments
Research new blockchain capabilities and translate them into product opportunities
Define which networks, protocols, standards and smart-contract capabilities we should support next
Evaluate third-party blockchain services and define how they can be integrated into the product
Own the blockchain research and innovation backlog - from initial research to technical recommendations
Work closely with Product and Engineering to turn research into implementation
