BIM Specialist (India)

As a BIM Specialist, you will work within a global BIM team to support project teams and internal initiatives through the implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices. In addition to following WD Partners values, policies and procedures, the primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for contributing to model development, content creation, and coordination processes to support successful delivery of projects
• Develop, modify, and maintain Revit models and associated content to support project delivery
• Assist in the creation and management of BIM content, including families, templates, and libraries
• Support clash detection and constructability review processes for BIM projects
• Coordinate with local and US-based engineering leadership, other disciplines within the project/client team

Necessary Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering or related degree or qualifying relevant professional experience
• Prior experience in BIM, modeling, or digital production roles
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM related software
• Ability to create and manage Revit families and content
• Experience building content in Rhino is preferred
• Interest in working on a cross-disciplinary, global project team
• Strong communication skills
