Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and/or family outpatient therapy sessions to clients with a variety of mental health needs
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic, client-centered care
Provide bilingual counseling services to non-English-speaking clients, reducing language barriers to mental health access
Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field
Active NC licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or associate-level equivalent)
Bilingual proficiency required (Spanish or other language — must be able to conduct therapy sessions in both languages)
Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy in a clinical setting
Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed practices
Strong cultural competency and experience working with diverse, underserved populations
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
