Position Overview

As a Bilingual Intake Specialist, you will play a critical role in the client journey—handling inbound inquiries, gathering case information, and ensuring a smooth and professional intake process. Your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately in both languages will make a direct impact on client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential clients
  
• Conduct initial case screenings and gather relevant details
  
• Accurately input and manage client information in the CRM system
  
• Provide clear, empathetic communication to clients during stressful situations
  
• Schedule consultations and coordinate with legal staff
  
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
  
• Ensure all intake procedures comply with firm standards and confidentiality policies
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Legal intake role 
  
• Experience in a Personal Injury Law Firm or legal setting
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish languages
  
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
  
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  
• Highly organized, reliable, and client-focused
  
• Familiarity with case management software
