Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential clients

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Personal Injury Law Firm or legal setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish languages

  • Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Highly organized, reliable, and client-focused
  • Familiarity with case management software
