Requirements

• No prior entrepreneurial or industry experience required.

• No pre-baked startup ideas needed. In fact, we prefer that you leave traditional business ideas at the door so we can prioritise the exploration of your intrinsic motivation together.
  無需預先構思好的創業點子。事實上，我們更希望您將傳統的商業構想拋諸腦後，這樣我們才能共同優先探索您內在的動力。
• A commitment to a rigorous discernment process. Before any investment, all candidates participate in Intensive Foundation Design (IFD). This is not a formal interview; it is a collaborative, deep-dive reflection on your personal background, values, and how they align with systemic, long-term industry building.
