Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Evaluation Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives by evaluating program outcomes, measuring benefits realization, and delivering data-driven insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data, developing dashboards and reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting performance measurement frameworks. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operational, analytics, and digital health stakeholders, to provide actionable recommendations that drive evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, Python, or R, strong reporting and visualization skills, knowledge of evaluation and benefits realization methodologies, and the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in healthcare, digital health, or the public sector is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in evaluation, data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, performance measurement, research, or benefits realization.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Strong reporting and dashboard development experience using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, SPSS, R, or Python.
- Experience supporting evaluation, benefits realization, performance measurement, quality improvement, and survey-based data collection.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Experience collaborating with clinical, operational, analytics, and digital health stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Confluence.
