In this role, you'll help support clients as they explore destinations, review vacation options, and organize travel arrangements that fit their interests and schedules. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy learning, communicating with others, and working in a remote environment.

No previous travel industry experience is needed. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and access to industry resources.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist travelers with researching destination and vacation options
• Help coordinate travel components such as hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, and activities
• Review available packages and promotional offers through approved supplier networks
• Provide general travel information and helpful recommendations
• Support reservation requests and booking-related follow-up
• Verify itinerary details and travel information for accuracy
• Maintain organized client records and planning documentation
• Monitor supplier announcements, travel updates, and special offers
• Participate in virtual workshops and ongoing learning opportunities
