Corporate lending and acquisition finance
Secured lending matters
Refinancing and restructuring transactions
Acting for lenders, borrowers, investors, and financial institutions
Bilateral and syndicated lending arrangements
Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documentation
Intercreditor and guarantee arrangements
Property finance and development finance transactions
General banking and finance advisory work
Business development and client relationship management
Team leadership, supervision, and mentoring experience
Key skills and attributes:
Strong technical Banking & Finance expertise
Established Partner-level experience or readiness to step into a Partner role
Existing following, lender relationships, referrer network, or demonstrable business case
Proven ability to maintain and grow long-term client relationships
Commercial awareness with a strategic and growth-focused mindset
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
