Job Description

We are looking for reliable people to join our payment team to process payments on our platform. This is an online commission-based job. As an Agent Partner, you will act as a payment agent. You will receive requests to top up users’ balances. You will receive brief training and clear guidelines to ensure smooth, secure, and accurate transactions.

Key responsibilities:

·      Assist customers with deposit and withdrawal transactions.

·      Follow standard procedures with accuracy and confidentiality.

·      Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience

Qualifications

·      Individuals with good communication skills

·      Responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy

·      Previous experience in finance or customer service is an advantage, but it is not required as we provide you with training and a supportive work environment.
