Job Description:

Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Location: Must be in Paducah, KY or Valparaiso, IN (Remote after training)

About the Role
Join CSI and grow your banking knowledge while delivering high-quality results for our clients. As a Bank Operations Image Balancer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency for over 400 banks daily.

What You’ll Do

• Balance teller runs

• Complete work for the Federal Reserve

• Correct errors and ensure all items have an image

• Work independently on assigned bank numbers while collaborating with a 10-person team when needed

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma

• Ability to handle repetitive work with precision

• Strong independent work ethic and willingness to ask for help when needed

• Number pad keying experience (10-key)

• Banking knowledge a plus, but not required
