Agile Professionals is an AI startup operating as an efficiency engineer on every floor. By combining German know-how with development in Jordan, the team transforms existing business cameras into systems that show owners where time, effort, and productivity are lost, and what to fix. A working product is already running on the edge, with paying clients across Jordan and the UAE and a clear focus on food production environments including restaurants, bakeries, central kitchens, and food factories.

What you will do

• Shape backend architecture for edge-running computer vision systems processing video feeds from business cameras.

• Build and maintain server-side infrastructure supporting paying clients in food production across international markets.

• Collaborate closely with team members to scale data pipelines and optimization algorithms.

• Ensure system reliability and performance in high-throughput operational environments.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in backend engineering and distributed systems.

• Strong background in API design, database management, and cloud infrastructure.

• Familiarity with edge computing architectures or video processing pipelines.

• Pragmatic problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Your first months at Agile Professionals

In your first months, you will have taken on core backend services and integrated them with the edge-running product architecture. You will have shipped improvements to data handling for clients in the food production sector and learned the specific constraints of processing operational video feeds at scale.
