Role Overview

Pairty is looking for an Autonomous Systems Apprentice to help operate, improve, and build our AI-driven development and automation infrastructure.

You will work directly with our engineering and product teams on:

• AI agent operations
• OpenClaw infrastructure
• software development
• automation pipelines
• internal tooling
• cloud infrastructure
• developer workflows
• web3 integrations

This is a hands-on apprenticeship where you will learn by building real systems inside a fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Work On

• Operating and improving OpenClaw AI agents
• Building internal developer tooling
• Supporting automation workflows
• Assisting with frontend and backend development
• Managing GitHub, CI/CD, and deployment workflows
• Working with APIs and databases
• Testing and debugging systems
• Researching AI and automation tools
• Supporting infrastructure and cloud operations
• Documenting systems and workflows

Compensation

Compensation may include:
