This is a remote position.
1.Prior to project awarding, assist sales managers in securing projects in full alignment with corporate strategy, including formulating project plans, identifying project risks and deviation items.
2.After project awarding, lead the establishment of project teams, oversee full-lifecycle project management in accordance with corporate project management procedures, develop detailed project plans and drive full execution against such plans.
3.Conduct end-to-end risk management throughout the project lifecycle per risk management protocols: comprehensively identify project risks, and formulate & implement corresponding risk control measures.
4.Resolve all types of project issues in a timely manner, including escalation handling at all levels.
5.Regularly organize project standups, review meetings and customer coordination meetings.
6.Undertake project change control throughout project monitoring and governance.
7.Take overall accountability for on-time delivery, cost control and achievement of all project objectives.
8.Support department managers with other project development-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in science and engineering.
2.Minimum 5 years of working experience in project management, R&D or engineering design within the automotive or auto component industry; proficient in product development project management workflows and vehicle supporting development processes.
3.Clear logical thinking, rigorous analytical mindset and strong risk awareness.
4.Excellent communication skills with proven capability to manage client relationships and cross-functional project resources effectively.
5.Strong team management skills, good teamwork awareness, proactive work attitude and outstanding execution capability.
6.Prior Tier 1 automotive project management experience and team supervision experience are preferred.
7.Able to use English as a working language.
