WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform quality assurance on movie & TV metadata following defined guidelines
• Review and curate content based on quality standards, style guides, and client requirements
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines, including repetitive workflows
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Build and document solutions to improve processes and operational efficiency
• Design and develop automation & AI-assisted tools (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership to implement improvements

YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU’RE…

• Passionate about movies, TV shows, and the entertainment industry
• Skilled in analyzing workflows and solving complex problems independently
• Proficient in scripting/programming (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent)
• Strong in spreadsheets (formulas, macros, data models)
• Fluent in English (business or native level) with strong communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with repetitive, high-volume tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with automation tools or AI-assisted workflows
• Background in data operations, content review, or localization
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering
• Additional language proficiency (business level)

PROJECT DETAILS

• Job Title: Automation Specialist-1
• Location: Remote (Peru)
• Schedule: 40 hours/week | 10:00–18:30 CDT
  (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday)
• Contract: Indefinite (Contract role)
• Compensation: Competitive (aligned to local market)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Fully remote, computer-based role
• Requires extended screen time and focus
• Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• May involve exposure to sensitive content (e.g. violence, adult themes, etc.)
