Ihre Aufgaben

Als Unterstützung unserer Internal IT hilfst du beim Betrieb und Ausbau unserer internen IT-Infrastruktur. Du arbeitest hands-on mit modernen Cloud- und On-Premises-Technologien und sorgst mit dafür, dass unsere Systeme stabil, sicher und aktuell bleiben.

• Unterstützung beim Betrieb und der Administration unserer Microsoft-Azure-Umgebung
• Mitwirkung bei der Verwaltung von Office 365 / Microsoft 365 (u. a. SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams, Benutzer- und Lizenzverwaltung)
• Betreuung und Wartung von Windows- und Linux-Servern (Updates, Patches, Monitoring)
• Unterstützung beim Betrieb und Ausbau der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur inkl. VPN
• Anwender-Support (1st Level) sowie Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen und Endgeräten bei On und Offboarding
• Pflege der IT-Dokumentation und Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung interner IT-Standards

Ihr Profil

• IT-Ausbildung, Studium im IT-Umfeld oder ausgeprägte IT-Affinität mit ersten praktischen Erfahrungen
• Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Azure und/oder Microsoft 365
• Erste Erfahrung mit Windows- und/oder Linux-Servern
• Grundverständnis von Netzwerktechnik (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Zuverlässige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Plus, kein Muss: Erfahrung mit PowerShell, Bash oder Automatisierung
