As our AU RTO Learning & Compliance Specialist, you'll play a vital role in developing engaging learning resources, building high-quality assessment tools, and ensuring compliance across every stage of the learner journey. From maintaining audit-ready documentation to supporting trainers and improving quality systems, you'll help shape learning experiences that meet Australia's highest RTO standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and improve training and assessment resources.
Develop compliant assessment tools, mapping documents, and supporting materials.
Coordinate validation activities and support internal and external audits.
Maintain LMS content and digital learning resources.
Review and update policies, procedures, and quality documentation.
Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to improve learning outcomes.
Monitor updates to the Standards for RTOs 2025 and implement required changes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across learning and compliance systems.
Provide compliance and assessment guidance to trainers and stakeholders.
Ensure learning resources remain industry-relevant and audit-ready.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
Minimum 2 years' experience working within an Australian Registered Training Organization (RTO).
Experience in Learning Design, Compliance, Assessment Development, or Quality Assurance.
Strong knowledge of:
Standards for RTOs 2025.
Validation processes
Competency-based assessment.
Experience developing assessment tools and mapping documents.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or equivalent platforms.
Experience with instructional design tools, including Articulate 360 or similar software.
Experience supporting audit preparation and continuous improvement initiatives.
