What You’ll Do
Analyze cases and develop litigation strategy
Draft and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents
Handle discovery and related disputes
Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations
Prepare matters for hearings, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial
Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff throughout the life of a case
What You Bring
Active California Bar license in good standing
15+ years of civil litigation experience
Substantial trial experience
Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
Ability to independently assess and manage complex litigation matters
Practical judgment, responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
Experience with Bay Area residential landlord-tenant law and unlawful detainer actions
Experience with habitability claims, commercial lease disputes, construction defect matters, and general real estate litigation
Experience with easements, boundary-line disputes, and other neighbor or adjoining-property disputes is highly desirable.
