We are seeking motivated, professional individuals to join our growing team in a remote Associate role.

Designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, learning new skills, and helping individuals and families better understand the options available to them.

Prior experience is not required. Training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are all available.

What You'll Do

You will have the opportunity to work directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments and ongoing client communication.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting virtually with prospective and existing clients
• Asking questions to understand individual needs, priorities, and goals
• Helping clients understand concepts related to budgeting, debt, protection, savings, retirement, and long-term planning
• Educating clients on available products and strategies that may fit their individual needs
• Providing professional follow-up and ongoing client support
• Maintaining accurate client information and completing required documentation
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development
• Following applicable company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with experienced team members and mentors

As you gain experience and demonstrate proficiency, additional opportunities in training, mentorship, and team leadership may become available.
