AI Summary

You will own the end-to-end organic media engine, including strategy, content operations, and production leadership across multiple platforms. You are responsible for driving organic growth as a primary enrollment channel through high-trust storytelling and AI-leveraged workflows.

Enlightium Academy · Spokane, WA

Some roles fill seats. This one builds something.

Enlightium Academy is an online private Christian K-12 school serving students across the United States and around the world. We're built differently than traditional schools. Families choose the pricing and support package that fits their budget and learning style, whether that's self-paced learning at home, online learning in a structured environment with group meetings via Zoom, or in-person learning at a local campus. Whatever works for the family, we have a path that fits.

We're on a trajectory to accelerate growth significantly over the next several years, and we want to become the leading online private Christian school in the country. The next decade of education won't be won by the brands with the biggest ad budgets. It'll be won by the ones families trust, and trust now gets built on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, and short-form video, long before anyone calls admissions.

We need someone to build that engine for us. That's this role.

The opportunity

You'll own Enlightium's organic media engine end-to-end. The storytelling, the content systems, distribution, AI-leveraged workflows, and the in-house media team. You'll report into executive leadership and partner closely with admissions, academics, and our founders.

This isn't a social media manager job with a senior title. It's an operator role with full accountability for organic growth as a primary enrollment channel. If we do this right, organic media becomes the lowest-cost and highest-trust source of new families coming to Enlightium within three years.

What you'll own

Strategy. Platform priorities, audience segments, content pillars, growth targets. You decide where Enlightium shows up online and why.

Storytelling. Stories from students, parents, teachers, alumni, founders, and the broader community, captured and distributed at the cadence modern algorithms reward.

Content operations. A daily publishing engine across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, podcasts, and emerging platforms. Workflows that scale past what any one person could produce.

Production leadership. Coordinating videographers, editors, designers, and internal contributors.

AI-native systems. Using AI for ideation, scripting, clipping, repurposing, captioning, optimization, and analytics. Making a small team operate like a large one.

Performance. Organic reach, watch time, inquiry generation, application attribution, cost-per-inquiry, and enrollment influence. The metrics that connect content to revenue.

Brand authority. Positioning Enlightium as the most trusted Christian education brand online.

Who we think you are

You have 5+ years building organic audiences for a brand, a creator, a media company, or some combination of those. You can show us what you've grown and how.

You think in systems. Consistent output isn't about working harder. It's about workflows, templates, and AI-leveraged production loops.

You understand short-form video. Not just how to make it, but why specific things work on specific platforms and how the algorithms have shifted in the last 18 months.

You're analytical. Retention curves, engagement rates, and attribution models are tools you actually use.

You can move between strategic and hands-on. You'll set the vision, and in year one, you'll also write scripts, review edits, and ship content yourself.

Enlightium has a Christian mission, and this role both requires personal alignment with our faith and the ability to communicate it authentically to a national audience of families.

You care about access. Christian education has historically been a privilege of the upper-middle class. The idea of breaking that, of building the model that makes real Christian K-12 education affordable and flexible for families who've never been able to consider it, should make you lean forward.

Why this role, why now

A few honest things worth knowing.

The infrastructure exists. We have an established student body, a brand, an admissions team, proven curriculum, and a growing physical campus footprint alongside the online academy. You're not starting from zero. You're building the growth layer on top of a real operating business that started in 2003.

Leadership is committed. We're not hiring a content lead and hoping it works. We're building a media department, and you'll get the budget, the team, and the strategic backing to do this seriously.

The stories are already there. Small classes, transformed students, parents who chose us over far more expensive alternatives, teachers who actually know every kid's name, and families across the US and abroad. The raw material is exceptional. The question is whether we have someone who can capture and distribute it at scale.

How to apply

Share these three things through your resume and cover letter:

  1. A short note on why this role and why Enlightium.
  2. Examples of organic audiences, accounts, or content systems you've built. What you grew, from what to what, and how.
  3. Your honest read on what Enlightium should be doing on social today. We're looking for the way you think, not a polished pitch.
