Westholme is one of the world's most respected Wagyu beef brands, producing Nature-Led Australian Wagyu that is trusted by leading chefs and sought out by discerning diners around the world for its remarkable flavour, provenance and nature-led values.

Behind Westholme stands Australian Agricultural Company (AACo), Australia's largest integrated cattle and beef producer and the country's oldest continuously operating company, driven by a vision to reimagine Australian agriculture and share it with the world.
