Associate Attorney - General Liability

Location: Dallas, Houston, or Remote Anywhere in Texas.

 Kelley Kronenberg is hiring for an Associate Attorney out of our Dallas and Houston Offices, or remotely throughout Texas. We are looking for ambitious Attorneys with interest in the diverse practice that comes along with General Liability Matters. You will be working on Premises Liability, Personal Injury, Trucking, and related cases for some of the busiest companies in the US. Responsibilities: 

In this position, you will oversee your own caseload while collaborating closely with senior attorneys to craft winning litigation strategies. You’ll be entrusted with significant client interaction, offering you the opportunity to hone your legal skills across various complex cases. Prior experience in general liability, insurance litigation, or similar fields will be key to your success in this role. Experience with transportation defense is a welcome bonus but not required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance-related cases or general liability.
• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
