For an associate-level litigator, this is a place to build real trial and deposition experience fast. You will be in the room — not just supporting from the back. What You Will Own
- Manage litigation files from investigation and discovery through trial preparation
- Represent clients in depositions, site inspections, hearings, and settlement negotiations
- Research applicable laws and develop legal strategy in coordination with senior attorneys
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate regularly with claims representatives and insured clients
- Track billable hours and comply with invoicing requirements
- Participate in case strategy discussions and firm training sessions
Who Fits

- JD from an accredited law school - 2 to 5 years of litigation experience; insurance defense background preferred

Compensation and Benefits
