Associate Attorney

Job Summary:

Creditors’ Rights law firm seeking an individual to fill the Associate Attorney position for our Georgia practice. Licensure is required with admission to the Georgia Bar. This position is a State-Level Attorney whose focus will be a combination of review of information at placement of files to determine collection eligibility and Georgia litigation work.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Frequently required to talk and/or hear, and use hands to type, handle, or touch objects

• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds at times

Work Environment:

The position is remote.

Schedule: 

8-hour shift Monday to Friday with flexibility to support business needs.

$85,000 to $95,000 per year
