  • Participate in trials and other significant litigation proceedings as appropriate
  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys across Segal McCambridge’s national practice

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Asbestos defense experience required
  • 4+ years of litigation experience preferred, although candidates with strong relevant experience will be considered
  • Experience with toxic tort, product liability, premises liability, or other complex litigation is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and case management
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a national team
  • Excellent organization, judgment, and communication skills
  • A proactive, client-focused approach and a genuine interest in complex litigation and trial work
