The opportunity
As part of the Assets & Compliance team, you will contribute to the effective delivery of compliance, contracts and operational requirements by providing high-quality administrative support. This includes the coordination and management of procurement documentation and processes, development and maintenance of administrative systems and records, and the analysis and reporting of compliance data to support informed decision-making. You will also be responsible for coordinating compliance-related communications, including managing shared inboxes and stakeholder correspondence, as well as supporting contract administration activities. In addition, you will provide general administrative support across compliance, contracts and system-related functions, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with organisational standards and regulatory obligations.
Your high-level duties will include:

Location and office arrangements: Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart, Perth, Darwin and Geelong ACDP (remote options may be considered)
Salary: AU$76k – AU$96k per annum (pro rata for part-time), plus 15.4% superannuation
Tenure & work schedule: 3 year specified term, full time
We will explore options for part-time, job-share and flexible work arrangements based on individual circumstances.
