Role Overview
We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design and implement AI-driven solutions that support client engagement, operational efficiency, and data insights. This role will focus on building and deploying machine learning models and integrating them into our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models
• Design AI-driven features such as chat assistants, recommendation systems, or analytics tools
• Work with structured and unstructured data to extract insights
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into applications
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
• Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related field
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with data processing and model deployment
• Understanding of APIs and system integration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or mental health technology
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP)
