The Opportunity
The Architect role is a senior individual contributor position within the Professional Services team, responsible for leading complex RadiantOne deployments and serving as a technical authority on customer engagements. You will bring deep domain expertise to enterprise customers while contributing to deliver quality and best practices across the broader PS organization.
Personal Profile
You are a technically deep, intellectually curious professional who takes ownership of outcomes and brings both rigor and creativity to complex problems. You thrive in environments where no two customer challenges are exactly alike, and you are energized by the opportunity to work at the frontier of enterprise identity. You communicate with clarity, lead with confidence, and invest in the growth of the people around you. At Radiant Logic, you will find a team that values expertise, moves with purpose, and is genuinely committed to solving some of the hardest identity challenges in the market.
The Role
You will lead end-to-end implementation of Radiant Logic products within large, complex enterprise environments, driving customer time-to-value and adoption. Engagements begin with analysis of the customer's existing identity infrastructure and culminate in a validated solution design and deployment plan. You will install and configure RadiantOne across development, testing, and production environments, integrating backend data sources and confirming that consuming applications meet functionality and performance expectations before migrating configurations forward.
Throughout each engagement, you will track progress, attend project status meetings, and deliver architecture and solution design documentation to support a clean knowledge transfer at close. You will replicate customer environments in lab settings to reproduce and root-cause issues, debug Java-based interception scripts, and develop custom automation tooling.
You will stay current on the RadiantOne platform by proactively installing and validating new releases, contributing field experience to internal best practices and team enablement on an ongoing basis.
