AQA engineer (G20)

Team is focused on providing a solution to automate handling of highly customizable OTC products, which are currently being handled on a piece of paper and handed over between groups.

This is a low volume flow with various product-specific workflow differences. One of the goals is to request as less info from user as possible, helping them to save time on entering the details. This leads to offering user-maintained product specific templates, customizable dropdowns, layered enrichments triggered by different events, but still allowing to override data manually. At the same time we need not to forget to keep responsibility boundaries clear to have simple expectations, allowing users to understands how exactly system behaves and what their actions lead to, preventing it's all be considered as "magic".

The complexity is concentrated in the variety of scenarios and permutations of actions, keeping the system to react in a predictable way.

At this moment project is in the phase of creating core logic covering high-level workflow which is similar to all products. Once first product is migrated onto the system, there are dozens of next products to be supported, which requires team to reevaluate development process and adapt to new model.

Team: 1 front react, 1 backend java, 1 lead&PM, 1PO

Nuances: most of the users are in APAC timezone, while team is EU based and PO is US west
