Our Talent Pool is more than just a pool of resumes; it's a space where we get to know potential candidates beyond the traditional hiring process. When the time comes to expand our Chompian team, we dive into this pool first. If your skills and experience align with what we need at that moment, expect to hear from us! And if the timing isn't quite right, don't worry – we'll keep you in mind for future opportunities. As a member of our Talent Pool, you'll be among the first to hear about new job openings.

Even when we're not actively hiring, we're always eager to connect with potential future Chompians. Our ultimate goal is to assemble a team of talented individuals with diverse backgrounds who resonate deeply with our values and mission.

What is a "Learner?"
One of our guiding principles at Chomps is the concept that we are "Learners." As Learners, we strive to be that person who constantly looks for ways to improve themselves, their work, or bring new practices to accelerate the mission. As such, we are so passionate here at Chomps about fostering an environment where new or recent graduates can Learn in a safe, welcoming, and unique environment.

Our Chomps Learner program is designed to foster your development, drive innovation within Chomps, and potentially pave the way for full-time employment if the fit is right. We prioritize your growth, learning, and empowerment to help you discover the type of permanent role that aligns with your interests and aspirations. If you're beyond recent graduation but still eager to explore new opportunities, we encourage you to apply and join us on this exciting learning journey. 

Our Learnerships are a part-time, non-exempt, temporary position that can last anywhere between 3 months to a year with the possibility of turning into a full-time, permanent position. 

Just to be clear, this isn't your typical job application process, so we might not send an immediate response. We take our time to review applications so that when we're ready to hire, we can start right here.
