Application Systems Analyst | MyChart

Seeking a MyChart Analyst with a strong clinical background and in-depth knowledge of MyChart and related Epic applications. This role partners with clinicians and operational teams to optimize workflows, design and maintain solutions, support testing, and enhance the patient experience through technology. The ideal candidate brings clinical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective system solutions.

Schedule:

• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Remote
• Day shift | 8am-4:30pm

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $82,305.60 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Salary range:  $82,305.60 - $123,448.00 per year
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• 3 or more years of related application build experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of build experience within responsible software applications. Specific knowledge, certifications, and licensure will apply at the position level
• MyChart Certified or proficient in MyChart and/or related Epic applications upon hire, with certification or vendor-supported proficiency maintained in good standing
• Clinical background with experience in healthcare workflows, Epic MyChart experience, and the ability to translate patient care needs into effective technology solutions
• Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software preferred
• Technical expert in Information systems, business applications, and/or EHR applications
• Ability to explain or demonstrate technology in a manner suited to the audience (i.e., business, clinical or technical staff)
• Proven ability to lead a team and successfully complete both short and long-term assignments
• Experience using project management methodology
