Schedule:

  • Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Remote
  • Day shift | 8am-4:30pm

 

Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting pay begins at $67,641.60 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
  • Salary range:  $67,641.60 - $101,483.20 per year
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a related field or 2 years equivalent work experience, bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of a degree.
  • 2 years of clinical, operational, or related application experience, or current related application certification
  • Epic Certification Core Software application certification or proficiency required within 6 months of hire and within 3 attempts of testing, if applicable
  • Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software preferred. 
  • Ability to explain or demonstrate technology in a manner suited to the audience (i.e., business, clinical or technical staff)
  • Ability to provide customer focused service and communicate the value of proposed solutions
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
