At Two Coast Living, we’re looking for a full-time, remote Application & Process Support Specialist who can keep our systems running strong, our teams trained and supported, and our processes sharp and scalable.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support that Clicks – Manage and resolve incoming support tickets for Entrata and other key platforms—keeping on-site and regional staff informed, equipped, and empowered.
System Sleuthing – Troubleshoot lease workflows, resolve resident ledger issues, and smooth out automation hiccups to keep operations seamless.
Training That Sticks – Lead virtual (and occasionally on-site) training for teams across the country on system features, updates, and best practices.
Process Auditing – Conduct regular system audits to uncover opportunities for improvement, increase accuracy, and reduce future support needs.
Collaboration in Action – Work closely with our IT, Operations, and vendor partners to test new features, implement updates, and roll out smarter workflows.
Documentation Dynamo – Create and maintain clear, user-friendly guides and resources that help our teams help themselves.

A Trainer-at-Heart – Whether it’s writing a guide or leading a Zoom session, you know how to meet people where they are and leave them feeling capable.
Experienced & Equipped – 5+ years supporting property management or enterprise SaaS platforms, especially Entrata Core (strongly preferred). Experience with Nexus or AvidXchange is a plus!
Education Matters – High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field preferred.

QualificationsRequired Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes
Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and maintains confidentiality
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Strong understanding of multifamily operational workflows and application support best practices
Proficient with Entrata Core or other major property management systems
Organized and process-focused, with a high level of attention to detail
Comfortable training end users and creating user-friendly documentation
Familiarity with ticketing systems and support workflows
Education and Experience
High school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field preferred
Minimum of five years of experience supporting property management systems or enterprise SaaS applications
Prior experience in multifamily, commercial real estate, or hospitality preferred
Experience with accounts payable platforms like Nexus or AvidXchange is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
Expected work hours: 7:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends
Travel: Negligible
Work environment and physical demands: General home office environment
