En cierre de trimestre puede subir a 10h semanales
Las tareas son:

  • velar porque las facturas se introducen correctamente en nuestro sistema.
  • ayudar con la conciliación bancaria.
  • proporcionar informes a dirección a través del software.
  • elaborar y actualizar un cuadro de mando.
Se valora actitud proactiva de mejora y capacidad real de aprendizaje.



Requisitos

  • Estudios de contabilidad, finanzas (acreditado).
  • Experiencia relacionada acreditada.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de ZOHO BOOKS. 
    De no ser así, el candidato/a deberá hacer curso de introducción de 10h-15h mínimo
    Este curso no será remunerado (requisito imprescindible y obligatorio)
  • Conocimientos del régimen especial de agencia de viajes
    Se puede suplir con formación previa.
  • Garantizar disponibilidad según descripción.
  • Horario flexible pero necesitamos respuestas en máximo 24h (correos, whatsapp....)
