We are seeking an experienced and creative 3D Landscape Designer to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing innovative landscape designs and high-quality 3D visualizations for projects across Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with architects, planners, and project teams to produce concept designs, presentation materials, and detailed landscape documentation, ensuring each project aligns with client expectations, design intent, and relevant planning and regulatory standards. You will contribute throughout the design process, from concept development through design refinement, creating visually compelling and technically accurate landscape solutions.

Position:
 3D Landscape Designer

Salary: PHP65,000 - PHP100,000 (flexible for more experienced candidates)

Working Hours & Conditions: AU/NZ business hours; Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM; full-time (remote)

Holidays: Australian/New Zealand Holidays


Responsibilities:

    • Develop creative and technically accurate landscape designs for projects across Australia and New Zealand.
    • Produce high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, animations, and presentation materials for client submissions and design reviews.
    • Prepare concept plans, landscape documentation, and planting layouts in collaboration with architects, planners, and project teams.
    • Create compelling visual representations using industry-standard software such as Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, or D5 Render.
    • Assist in the design development process from concept through detailed design, ensuring accuracy and consistency across project deliverables.
    • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate architectural, civil, and environmental requirements into landscape designs.
    • Revise drawings and visualizations based on client and stakeholder feedback while maintaining project timelines.
    • Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with relevant Australian and New Zealand planning requirements, standards, and industry best practices.
    • Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and design documentation.
    • Stay up to date with emerging visualization technologies, rendering techniques, and landscape design trends.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape design, architectural visualization, or a similar design-focused role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renderings and visualization work, ideally including golf courses, resorts, public parks, master-planned communities, or other large-scale landscape projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software such as Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, D5 Render, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of landscape design principles, site planning, grading, planting design, and the production of presentation-quality visualizations.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, engineers, and other design consultants.
  • Familiarity with Australian and/or New Zealand planning processes, landscape standards, or the New Zealand Building Code (NZBC) is highly regarded.
  • Excellent visual communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Portfolio is required.
