We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to work on a mobile F2P title, combining analytics and data modeling while taking ownership of complex data challenges in a fast-moving environment. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders, dive into complex product questions, and help keep our data reliable, efficient, and well-structured as the product evolves.

Build and maintain reliable data models and business logic for product and marketing analytics
Collaborate with developers to ensure proper tracking of all data required for user behavior analysis
Perform deep-dive analyses on complex product questions beyond standard reporting
Ensure data quality and consistency across the analytics layer
Clearly communicate insights and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to data governance practices, including documentation, structure, and maintainability
3 years of experience as a data analyst or data/BI engineer in mobile gaming industry
Strong SQL skills for data modeling, transformation, and analysis
Experience with code-based ETL/ELT tools such as dbt, Dagster, Airflow, or similar
Hands-on experience with Looker, Omni, or similar semantic-layer BI platforms
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
High level of ownership, proactivity, and flexibility
Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written), with a strong command of vocabulary to communicate effectively in professional contexts
Understanding of F2P mobile game economics, LiveOps, and user acquisition
Experience with BigQuery and query optimization/cost management
Python programming skills
Experience with Git tracking changes, collaborate with teams, and maintaining code quality
Experience with mobile analytics and attribution platforms (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust)
Experience with AI-assisted development (Claude or similar AI coding tools)
