 Atendimento as demandas de suporte técnico TI e implementações de projetos de TI.

Responsabilidades:

  • Solucionar os chamados (incidentes, requisições e dúvidas) ou escalonar para equipe especializada quando necessário;
  • Realizar o atendimento da demanda de clientes internos dentro do prazo previsto;
  • Analisar e propor melhorias de processo;
  • Atualizar regularmente os controles da área;
  • Realizar Implementação em equipe conforme definições técnicas.

Requisitos:

 

  • Graduação completa na área de tecnologia da informação;
  • Experiência como suporte técnico em TI, em ambiente Windows 10 (ou superior) e Office/Microsoft 365;
  • Possuir nível intermediário do Inglês;
  • Vivencia com ITIL V4.

  Desejável:

  • Idiomas Inglês (avançado) / Espanhol Intermediário;
  • Conhecer ferramentas: Cryptografia, antivirus, formatação de computadores e Active Directory (AD) ;          
  • Domínio de Scripts em PowerShell.
