What You’ll Do

Team Oversight & Accountability

  • Lead daily morning calls to relay new information, provide guidance, and answer team questions in real-time.
  • Ensure all team members complete daily checks, create cases when needed, and do not miss any required actions.
  • Track task completion across the team, ensuring activities like forecasting, PPC adjustments, and listing optimizations are completed on schedule.
  • Identify delays, understand the reasons behind them, and remove blockers so work progresses without unnecessary holdups.
  • Maintain strong internal communication, responding to leadership messages within 2 hours and ensuring no message goes unanswered for more than 24 hours.

Training & Knowledge Development

  • Ensure all team members are fully trained and close any knowledge gaps quickly.
  • Provide direct answers to team questions within 1 hour whenever possible.
  • Foster strong working relationships within the team, encouraging collaboration and proactive support.

Performance Monitoring & Intervention

  • Monitor sales performance, PPC status, and operational metrics daily to spot and address issues before they escalate.
  • Step in directly to resolve operational issues or provide guidance when required.

Continued Product Management

  • Maintain ownership of assigned ASINs, ensuring all current KPIs (see Success Metrics) are consistently met or exceeded while balancing team leadership duties.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

Leadership & Communication KPIs

  • Respond to all leadership messages within 2 hours during working hours (max 24 hours).
  • Answer all team questions within 1 hour during working hours.
  • No avoidable delays in deliverables; all delays must have a documented reason and resolution plan.
  • All team members trained with no active knowledge gaps.
  • Daily checks and case creation completed without missed items.
  • Forecasting, PPC, and other key recurring tasks completed on schedule.
  • Demonstrated improvement in peer collaboration and team engagement.

Product Management KPIs

  • Maintain a minimum profit margin of 25% across all assigned products.
  • Keep TACOS at or below 7% and ACOS at or below 10% for all managed ASINs.
  • Achieve a minimum 15% year-over-year sales growth across the portfolio.
  • Complete 100% of forecasting, PO planning, and replenishment tasks by the agreed deadline each cycle.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with listing optimization standards (titles, bullets, images, backend keywords).
  • Increase market share by at least 5% year-over-year based on SQP and keyword ranking data.
  • Respond to all messages via email, Teams, or Monday.com within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Maintain an average product rating of 4.4 stars or higher across the portfolio.
  • Maintain stock availability at 95% in-stock and no more than 5% overstock:

    • In-stock means inventory is consistently available to meet demand without lost sales.
    • Overstock means excess inventory is kept below 5% of total units to minimize holding costs and avoid aged stock.

  • Resolve all identified sales dips or operational issues within 48 hours of detection.
  • Launch all planned deals/promotions (Prime Day, BFCM, seasonal events) on time with at least 90% of target revenue achieved.
  • Conduct a competitor monitoring and deep-dive analysis at least once per month, including pricing, promotions, keyword ranking, and product positioning.
